'Place was AMAZING! Will be back!'

'We stayed here, after the NASCAR Truck race, at Bristol. It is a dog-friendly hotel, which I appreciate. I saw a few canine friends during check-in. My wife found a pair of socks, under the bed, when we first walked in (a quick look around by the staff would help). The room and bathroom were spacious, to me, but feel the price point was too high. I stayed here because of previous reviews.'

'The hotel room was clean though visibly old. Beds were comfy and mattresses seemed firm and new. Breakfast was minimal with danishes, cereal, or waffles and juice. Overall the value was good. '

'Clean room, staff was very helpful, staff was friendly, gym well equipped and the laundry service was excellent. Breakfast and the hostess were amazing. '

'The only issue we had was a shower head that was crusted with hard limestone water. Management replaced the shower head and fixed it, took about an hour. Management apologized for the inconvenience. The ice machine area was very wet but manageable. Maybe ice was spilled, I’m not sure. Otherwise a very clean and nice room. Outside windows need cleaning though. '

'The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel.'
