'I don't know if I can say Ive had that type of service at a hotel in a long time. Star is genuinely pleasant and genuinely wants to ensure guests have a pleasant relaxing stress free stay. I only spent a tiny amount of time with Michelle but she was super helpful too. I dont really expect much from hospitality these days as customer service has declined drastically. If Star and Michelle could travel the country to train others how to provide a pleasant experience for guests it would be...

'One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at! We had a king studio, so comfortable with couch, work desk, 2 tvs (one didn't work so Gabe brought a new tv & remote), comfy bed, beautiful, roomy bathroom (only complaint is needs a higher toilet, hard to get up).
Sarah, the manager (so nice, friendly) came up to figure out why fridge didn't work & plugged it in where it was supposed to go. When husband had medical issue, she recommended a great Urgent Care! Breakfast area was good; roomy, nice variety...

The only suggestion I have if you are planning on utilizing the fold out couch as a sleeping option, this bed was the worst sofa beds I have ever tried to sleep on. A $30 blow up mattress on top of that did the trick.'

'What I didn't like: Booked on May 6th & paid for the 2 double bed room for June 5-7th. Got there on the 5th and they did not have a room. They said they were overbooked on their double bed rooms. My guys had been driving from 8 PM the previous night to hear that. They ended up giving us 2 singles for the same price.
