La piscine était fermée. Le jus d’orange du matin avait un goût de fermenté. Par chance, la dame a l’accueil était gentille.'

'This hotel is NOT what the foto's on the Expedia site shows!!! Hotel is very outdated, rooms aren dirty and poor. We stayed for one night but if I knew earlier I booked over. By check in there was nowbody in the very stuffy " reception". Door of the room wouldnt open or couldt locked. Floor very dirty. Curtains were canvases on a rack. According me they give themself a highrating on the site!! I recommend Expedia to remove this hotel. '

'Prima accommodatie als je op doorreis bent naar New York. Binnen 20 minuten ben je bij een groot outlet centrum genaamd Central Valley. Enige minuut is dat het kaartje qua locatie niet klopt => de straat klopt wel, maar het nummer komt niet overeen met de pijl.'

'Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off.'

'This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.'

'It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room'

'I’m just disappointed that the windows don’t have locks at all other than that it’s a good room with jacuzzi. I just hope that their housekeeper would be transparent and honest since the last time I stayed in this property I left something in one of the drawers but they are claiming there is none found or left. 💁‍♂️😞'

'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy...

'The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

'Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.'
