Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. 'Very cute, nicely decorated quaint home with three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Cute murals surrounding the parking. Very clean. Responsive host. Quick drive to the falls. The only downside was the tv remote was missing a battery and so not working, and there was no creamer for the coffee. '
