'Very modern and clean hotel, about 10 minutes walking from the hustle and bustle of city centre. Metro station nearby. Close to quay side as well. Comes well recommended.'
'We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.
Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...
'Prima hotel, geen overbodige luxe maar schoon en comfortabel. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt, vers gekookt (geen buffet).'
'The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area.
Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy.
One minor gripe - when we set the sofa bed up, the mattress was dirty, covered in dust and food crumbs from the previous stay.

'We have stayed here a few times but as it was my husband’s birthday we upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful. Really big room with a lovely bathroom with twin sinks, a super bath and large seperate shower. Nice toiletries and large bath sheets too. The bed was very big and comfortable. Best of all was the balcony out onto the roof and behind the chinmey stack where it was great to sit in the sun in complete privacy with a cup of tea or a drink. I must also mention the lovely staff on...
