'Nice upscale hotel with large rooms. Good work desk and internet. Breakfast had lots of choices, both hot and cold. Nice location along canal, with a reasonable (if uphill) walk into town, towards the cathedral. Getting to the hotel by foot from the station more challenging due to the hill nature of town, and construction blocking various access ways.'

'The staff made our experience fabulous. Everyone we met was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and needed to use a mobility scooter to get around, nothing was too much bother. The first room was difficult to access for me, we informed reception and were seamlessly and quickly moved to another room. The restaurants, expecially Fusion were amazing, the food was some of the best we have had! We celebrated our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday, we were treated to a...

'Felt safe and comfortable. A little dated decor wise, but very clean and had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The cafe/bar restaurant was good and the quorn burger was delicious! :) '
