Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. '0/5 – Worst stay of my life. Plummer House Newcastle was an absolute disgrace from start to finish. The room was filthy on arrival — dirty sink and work surfaces, stained floors, damaged furniture, worn cabinets, filthy fridge, marked and stained chairs, and mugs that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. This is not “student accommodation” or “serviced living” — it’s neglect. The female manager was rude and unprofessional, even trying to make me check out 12 hours earlier...

'Me and my 2 friends booked this holiday for 3 nights for a festival called Lost minds. We were wary at first as it’s a shared apartment with other people. Long story short we ended up booking and had absolutely no issue with the area or the people who was staying in the apartment. It’s round about 20/25 minute walk from the city centre & it’s easy accessible to get an uber also. We will definitely be booking when we come back to Newcastle. Only thing we never liked was NO TV & shared bathroom...

"Good bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space. Very near to all restaurants and shopping mall and Grainers market. Parking available at the hotel at a first come first serve basis (200 meter further along). Not good: no dining/breakfast table! Old couch. Lamp in bedroom that did not go out. A lot of noise due to traffic until the late evening."
