'This is more than a walkout basement apartment. There are windows in most if not all rooms. Very private, and the owner has thought about a lot of details to ensure you have everything you need. In addition to laundry and dishwasher pods - the bathroom has cotton balls, q-tips, etc - it was really a nice touch to make you feel at home. Nice decorated as well, and ample cookware. '

We felt like we were no more than 10 mins from everything that we needed while visiting family. Only 20 mins from downtown. It was decorated so beautifully, nice and clean, and had all the extra touches that some VRBO’s neglect. Working with Chris was quick, professional, and personal. We will 100% snag this spot every time we visit. '

'Rooms are clean and safe parking. Perfect to park your car and be in short walking distance to stadium and campus sites. Stayed on a weekend and game day, pretty quiet but still right there for all tailgating and stadium activities. Did not have to move the car. The stairs from the parking garage need a good cleaning, but it is a garage. Love the kitchen and the convenience to eat there and the full size fridge!'
