'Quiet, soundproofed rooms, well-stocked shared kitchen, private parking on the side of the building with electrical plugs. Lavoratory in the room was shut off and seemingly had been for a long time. There seems to be little hot water early in the mornings. Had to contact the owner for an issue with the entry codes, but it was fixed quickly. There is a circle K, mcDonalds, and a few other solid restaurants within short walking distance. I'd book it again.'
