This was not an issue for us.The lack of air conditioning is very noticeable in these hotter months. 'We were in Sioux Falls for Registration/Orientation at Augustana for our daughter. The location was close to campus and all the activities we did. The Blue House was clean and quiet. We will be back! '

'Rooms looked and smelled clean. Sheets and towels were bright white and smelled freshly laundered. Property managers were cordial, easy to get ahold of, and accommodating. There is a small fire pit near the rooms, and there are grilling options available if you want to go that route. It is right on the outside of Hill City and an easy drive to Rapid City, Custer, and Keystone. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! '
