'We enjoyed a very comfortable stay! Joe’s place is located within walking distance of many cafes, restaurants and bars; and only a short drive to the CBD. Joe communicates so well at all times, and he checked in with us mid stay to see if there was anything we needed and to give us some tips on good eateries. The beds were comfortable, and the home was well furnished and the kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed.Thanks Joe!'

'I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible.'
