Vakantiehuizen in Great Sacandaga Lake

'All around just a cute little place. Very clean and perfect with the fenced in yard for our dogs. This however, does not seem like a side road. Very fast traffic. Busy with motorcycles and racing cars. We walked our pups down to the beach just once to find out it is not pet friendly none of the beaches around there were so that put a bit of a damper on our trip.We will be back next time without them '

'The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it. The unit was a bit rustic for my wife’s taste. Also, there were...

'Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But the outdoors needs work. Positive: -Easy Check-in, they even let us arrive an hour early. -Inside was clean, inviting and stocked with towels.-Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except sharp knives, but I picked up a sharpener and left it for the next guests. -The indoor space was as described. -The outside front porch was cleanNegative: -The "Steps" to the dock are a huge accident waiting to happen. The rocks are loose and there are no longer steps...

'Beautiful place in a beautiful area. Great communication and responsiveness by host. Amenities as described. Would highly recommend. '

'Perfect stay near family. We were able to stay 2 lovely nights in this beautiful home. Comfortable double bed with washer and dryer. King size bed in the master. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom was convenient.'

'Great accommodations for any getaway. There is enough to do right at the Pulpit House, you don't even need to plan other entertainment. Our family has stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is by far our favorite, just because of the convenience and atmosphere. There is dining and a small convenience store in very short walking distance, as well as a park for children. We highly recommend a stay here, and plan to return.'

'Beautiful. Very quiet and private. Pictures didn't do it justice. A great weekend getaway for us and the pups!'

'We had an amazing stay! everything is exactly as listed! looking forward to staying in the future!'

'Great house and location for my family.'

'Clean, new, and beautiful location.'

'We had a great time in our lake-side vacation. 7 adults were able to spread out in the spacious house. The beach had plenty of room for swimming and we used all 4 available kayaks. There was also plenty of dry wood for fires on the beach. One kitchen was large enough to cook for several people and was fully stocked. The second kitchen was smaller but was perfect for making coffee in the morning. One downside to the spacious house was that the Wifi was very spotty as to be nonfunctional. So if...

'Gorgeous and relaxing place to stay!'

'A unique redo of a one room school house. Top amenities and facilities. As two retired teachers, and married for 52 years, we really enjoyed the experience.'

'Property was as advertised. Affordable, clean and well stocked with the essentials. We were in town to visit the Baseball HOF and need a 2-night stay. We were all satisfied with the property.'
