'The Villa itself was modern and had been renovated in the last few years, however it is not worth the extra money to “upgrade” to a villa. They are very small units which share walls with your neighbours, meaning you can hear all conversations all hours of the day. There is no privacy, as all unit entrances are next to one another, meaning your main living area is on display to anyone who walks past to get to their designated unit.
