'Clean property with easy access with keypads, so made check in at any time easy (ideal for us as the drive was over 5hrs). Parking outside is permit only, but only within 8am-6pm, so gain fitted with us. Thank you, as it made our stay to see my stepson easy and convenient, will be used again :) '

'Although it is a beautiful property modern design and clean there were a few complaints there were no drawers in bedrooms for underwear etc. No cupboard in basement only hanging rail, no hooks in bathrooms to hang stuff up no place in kitchen to store food ,upper bedroom has a faulty light and bedroom upstairs 2 bulbs out there are fittings in both bedrooms for TVs but none fitted upper bedroom can’t keep window open broken basement smelt damp on first night had to put heating on to clear it the...

'This is an upstairs apartment with the entrance through a main door and two fire doors. The immediate connection to the garden and parking area is therefore somewhat isolated. There is however plenty to see in the near neighbourhood including the broads, lovely beach and numerous nature reserves. The apartment is well equipped with comfy bed, good kitchen, shower etc and the owners are most welcoming. This is therefore a good place to stay and we would recommend it.'

'Overall the apartment itself was nice, spacious and tastefully decorated. However, lacked cleanliness in certain areas, particularly kitchen items and bathroom. There was no dishwasher despite this being listed and the kitchen was poorly equipped with no basics like kitchen roll, or even a cloth to be able to wipe the sides down. The road outside is also very noisy and the window in the second bedroom doesn’t open at all, making it extremely hot. The sofa whilst nice looking was uncomfortable....

'The area where this is, seems like the council have given up with the place. Rubbish everywhere. Noisy druggies. Just disgusting. The property itself was alright. The bed was hard and not comfy. Too creaky. Always a draft in the place which results in us using the heater and having to put more money in the meter just to use it. Under the bed was not clean. Some cutlery and plates were not cleaned properly. '
