'Het hotel is gehorig. Je hoort de buren het toilet doorspoelen of douchen. Er staat een constante tocht stroom waardoor deuren (ook in de nacht) dicht knallen. In de spa is de stoomcabine defect. Aangezien er één sauna en één stoomcabine is valt deze voorziening voor de helft terug.'

'Very nice hotel for a Blue Mountains break. Spacious room with garden view. Super nice king bed and hot shower. Car parked in front of the room. Very enjoyable continental breakfast with plenty to choose from. Lush environment. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Amazing location close to train station and car parks. Also 6 minute walk to Westfield which was perfect. Apartment was beautiful and clean. Only thing that was a bit annoying was one tiny bathroom bin for the whole room, didn't want to leave trash everywhere so bad to go use a plastic bag. Maybe one extra room bin.'

Grote badkamer, echter het douchen moest in de badkuip gebeuren, wat voor oudere personen problemen op kan leveren met het in- en uitstappen van het bad. Een extra handgreep aan de muur zou dit kunnen vergemakkelijken. De housekeeping zou beter kunnen, men vergat regelmatig de koffie bij te vullen of nieuwe bekers en glazen neer te zetten. Ook...
