Beautiful hotel with view on old Harbor
Prachtig hotel op een schitterende locatie met een van de mooiste uitzichten over Chania haven. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar goed op het prachtig dakterras. Enige probleem is parkeren, we hadden parkeer plaats gevonden op parkeerterrein net buiten de oude stadsmuur aan de oostzijde, circa 700 meter lopen. Bij het hotel parkeren is bijna niet mogelijke ( oude stadscentrum ). En hadden graag een flesje water gehad op de kamer of een tappunt om water bij te vullen.

I really appreciate the kindness that I experienced from the staff here. Unfortunately my trip was cut short due to delays but I wish I had stayed longer. The shower was absolutely amazing, I had stayed in 3 other hotels on my trip prior to this one and they by far had the best shower space, water pressure and cleanliness. Breakfast was nice, the view from the roof is beautiful. The beds are comfy, nice AC and good room. They also arranged for me to have a driver pick me up from the airport when I arrived very late.

We had a lovely balcony overlooking the harbour and the hotel was close to shops and restaurants. The late evening or early morning can be a touch noisy because of nearby bars but that didn’t bother us much. It comes with the territory in terms of convenience.

A so nice place. Room with a fantastic view over the bay and Chania old town. And the breakfeasts at the roof terracce are unforgettable. This is our 5th visit to this charming hotel.

I appreciate the breakfast prepared for us and eaten on the roof of the building seeing the view of harbour and the town area. Of course, the wifi may not be well-connected sometimes which can be improved further. Overall, it is recommendable place for taking a break.

Picturesque- more beautiful than I imagined
The rooms, the building were picturesque. It was a dream. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge when helping me find a taxi to catch a ferry; he went above and beyond. For light sleepers, I’d recommend a room facing the courtyard instead of the water; the noise from the port is very loud at no fault of the hotel.

This hotel was exceptional considering location (walking distance to everything), killer views, room design (duplex with bedroom on 2nd level, bistro table right outside our room), and customer service. The hotel manager George lend us his own lighter to USB converter. I strongly recommend this hotel in Chania.

Absolute gem
We were blown away from the moment we walked into the property from the street, it is simply beautiful! The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We stayed in a superior room with a balcony looking over the harbour, which was absolutely amazing, especially at sunset. It had a separate bedroom and living area, which was a lovely surprise. Great location and value for money, considering how much other hotels in the same area charge. We will definitely return!

Schönes Hotel mit Hindernissen
Schönes Hotel, Großzügiges Zimmer mit Blick zum Meer, die Lage ist toll, wenn man abends gern länger geräuschvoll in Anblick strömender Menschen Seeluft genießen möchte. Geschirr im Schrank sollte man vor Benutzung abwaschen und einen kleinen Spiegel im Bad als ausreichend empfinden, Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel sind sehr hübsch, wenn man im Bett liegt und den Anblick an dessen Fußende bewundert. Mit dem Öffnen ist es dann allerdings nicht so weit her. Nur für Schlanke geeignet. Herrliche Dachterasse! Wenn die Frühstücksgestalterin zufällig wieder krank ist, geht man besser außer Haus frühstücken, denn dann reicht es nicht für alle.

Herzliche Begrüßung, köstliche Restaurantempfehlung, super Zimmer mit perfektem Ausblick (Zimmer Iris) über den Hafen, Frühstücksterrasse auf dem Dach. Aufgrund der guten und leisen Klimaanlage konnten die Fenster geschlossen bleiben und die Geräusche der Hafenrestaurants usw. waren sehr leise! Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu Empfehlen

The Pandora hotel is a little gem in the old town. We first booked for one night and ended up staying four. The feel of the place is totally relaxed and the people super friendly. The breakfasts are sooo good! The only problem was our wifi but since it forced us not to work and focus on vacation we did not mind so much and just went to the roof for a good reception. We highly recommend it

Petit hôtel charmant...
Magnifique petit hôtel, au charme un peu désuet mais certain. Chambre avec vue sur le port de Chania, et petit déjeuner en terrasse. Pas de chance pour nous, cette nuit là il y avait une fête sur le port, et nous n'avons pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit, à cause du bruit, mais l'hôtel n'y était pour rien. Metit bémol cependant, contrairement à ce que le site indique, il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel, et trouver une place relève de la gageure... Accueuil sympathique et attentionné.

Wonderful view of Chania
We had a double room on the second floor overlooking the harbor, you couldn't ask for a better view. We were here in October so it was quieter but there was some late night noise although it wasn't disruptive. Our room did not have a kitchenette but did have cooking facilities: hot plate, fridge, glasses, plates etc. Breakfast was very nice: fresh juice, coffee, tea, cereal, eggs, fruit, bread - all served on the upstairs terrace which is also a perfect place to watch the sunset. The only downside is that the wifi signal was hit or miss, in our room the signal was weak and then nonexistent . Parking is very difficult in the narrow streets around the hotel. FYI: The front desk is closed between 2:30 and 5:30.

The only downside-not a handicapped accessible place. No escalator to upper floors. It’s challenging with bad knees and back. The staff were extremely helpful and the place is very clean with a spectacular view on the rooftop. Very convenient location to the shore, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel. We loved the aesthetic and the rooftop breakfast was a highlight. Very comfy bed, beautiful view of the old harbor, very walkable right in the middle of the action, ac worked well and we were beyond comfortable.

Great Find
The hotel and staff are great. Clean and comfortable rooms and steps away from all restaurants. Breakfast could have more hot options. The only choice is boiled eggs. Internet is not a good speed either. Perhaps the city itself doesn’t have a good provider. I did love the hotel and my suggestions are only to make the hotel even better.
