'We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. 'Amaxing place to stay. We had the family suite which is two rooms with an interconnceting door. Both rooms are beautiful, but the front room with the balcony overlooking the harbour is amazing. Locaton could not be better - you are minutes away from so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are beautifully furnished with top quality towels and toiletries and all so well designed. Nespresso machine and mini fridge too.'

'I will focus only on areas of possible improvement which are: - lack of blackout drapes or their correct installation - lack of space for arrangement in the bathroom - cleaning up the main entrance which is very disturbing covered by anti-tourism posters and signs VERY IMPORTANT is to know that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so no vehicle can get in to the street.
