Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable. A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone. 'Awesome time in a quiet, restful, pleasurable setting. Very positive experience outside of the standard "hotel" experience. Outstanding attention to customer care and concerns during our stay. 'Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!'
