'I booked 2 rooms. My 2nd room was booked for Kimberly Burkhart. We checked in, left our room for a bit to then find out that they also assigned this room to another couple giving them keys to Kimberlys room. This other couple went into Kimberlys room with out her knowledge or approval. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. The front desk acted like it was our fault and offered nothing for having to spend another 45 minutes at the desk to get it straightened around. NOT HAPPY'

The hotel offered two different complimentary food times- morning breakfast and early evening “happy hour.” The valet parking was quick and easy— a bit pricey but it is in the city. Perfect for a quick trip but would be a great option for an extended one as well since there were many walkable options and travel by car was quick too.
