'Incredible Vrbo. The condo unit is what you see in all the photos. If you are planning any stay in Johnson City this is the place. Across the street from ETSU, down the street to downtown, Milligan University and the hospital. Only negative-more a FYI-it’s on the third floor and no elevator. So if someone with mobility issues it could be an issue. Great place!!'

'We had a great time. This place is right on the creek, the directions were easy to follow to find the place with signs when you get closer. It was clean, I will say the “windows” aren’t clear and you can’t see out of them as we were hoping. Besides that we would be back and loved the place and the area! Beautiful property!'
