'This was my first time booking a VRBO for my boss and his wife and I found the process to be frustrating. I had to deal with a management company instead of the owner of the condo. I have multiple emails and messages asking for information that I had provided. Once there, the kitchen faucet was broken, no pizza cutter and salt and pepper shakers that only gave you salt. I wish I could have dealt directly with the owner; I think the overall experience would be so much better. '

'We requested early check in and it was approved, but then instructions for check in were never sent 3 hours prior like promised. The apartment was not as clean as we had hoped. The toilet never stopped running, laundry was left in the dryer, the master bathroom shower needs attention, the towels were very old and thin (could barely get dried with them) and the rod holding the curtains up fell on us as we closed them (they were not properly hung up). The layout of the apartment was a great space....
