'Everything was wonderful! Our hostess, Dellene had gone to great lengths to make her property clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing (we thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of her antiques and unique decorations). The bubbling brook running through the back of the property was so tranquil we immediately felt the tension leave our bodies and started relaxing as soon as we got there. We loved every minute we were at Dellene's River Retreat and hope to return one day.'

'I had a work trip and prefer staying out of hotels and in nature. This little gem hit every one of my preferences! Its seclusion and peaceful surroundings make it a 10/10 for me. The house was spotless, the bed was SO COMFY, and it made for the perfect getaway. I often have negative experiences with shower sizes for my husband (he’s tall). 'What a pleasant surprise when we opened the door! Darling cottage filled with personal touches to make guests feel at home. Outside is fully fenced and dogs are made to feel very welcome with a jar of dog treats and a couch cover so pets can sit on furniture. Even a people treat waiting for us. We would definitely stay there again if traveling that way'
