Staff were amazing and very friendly.
The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground.
Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. The shortbread in the kitchenette was delightful.

'I didn't realise we would be entering through a shared facility to our unit. This was a little confusing, although once I made contact with the manager, it was smooth entry from there. The unit was spotlessly clean and met all our needs. This facility would be great for large family trips where there is shared space and more private units also. I would recommend this and would definitely stay again.'

'Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious for 3 of us. It was tasteful and comfortable. The location was great! We could walk to restaurants and around the town easily.
We couldn't get the "hotel parking" because it was full when we arrived (so cannot comment on that), but we were able to easily park on the road outside 'for free' because it was a weekend in NZ - Yay! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in...

'Booked for my wife and daughter and discovered that the hotel charges $79 for two people for breakfast! This is just absolute robbery - they were rushing to a competition with no other options so just paid. Not the experience you would expect for so much money, in fact the breakfast was extremely average -less than we've had at free breakfast hotels.
