'goed hotel, all inclusive formule past minder bij ons maar was voor 1 week OK. deel van hotel waar wij zaten was net nieuw (1 week open) en ook een nieuwe receptie, terwijl er ook een andere receptie was in het oudere deel. hier was verwarring over waar je moest zijn, en ook was de service in de kamers nog niet optimaal, zoals geen schoonmaak 1e dag; geen koffie/thee op de kamer terwijl er wel apparaten staan; geen algemene hotelinformatie en het personeel was nog erg zoekende. 'Mooi hotel, direct aan strand met strandstoelen en handdoekenservice. Vriendelijke staf, behulpzaam. Uitgebreide ‘ruil’ bibliotheek. Wij hadden een swim-up kamer, ideaal. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, mooie gerechtjes. ‘S avonds gekleed aan het diner maar verder echt ‘beachy ‘. Inchecken zou iets handiger kunnen, bijvoorbeeld door vooraf een mail net link te sturen. '

'Fantastisch verblijf, we waren hier al eerder geweest in 2021, maar er is een hoop verbeterd. Personeel is geweldig en eten is goed. Peruaanse restaurant is een aanrader. Aziatische restaurant is prima ter afwisseling , maar niet geweldig. Strand is goed en er zijn genoeg bedden beschikbaar (dus niet nodig om een handdoek te leggen).. '
