'This is one of the best stays I have ever had at a resort. Excellent customer service. The rooms were not only clean but stunning and very comfortable and the spa was delightful. The only critique I do have is that the pillows were super soft & without any substance and as someone who has a bad back it was difficult to sleep. I would recommend them investing in better pillows or at least giving the guests options to have firm or soft pillows going forward.'

'Red Bay Lodge has comfy clean little cabins complete with updated efficient bathrooms. It was very quiet while we slept and the buffet style breakfast had a variety of delicious items. The staff were extremely hospitable and kind. I recommend Reb Bay Lodge for a getaway in cottage country by Lake Huron. It was perfect for us for one night when travelling back from Manitoulin Island. The communication from the lodge was also excellent to make sure they were at the office when we therearrived...
