'the rooms are very nice with good views. But service fails a lot. Ask for room cleaning and when you come back it has not been done. Also personnel go among different floors with the intercoms at high volume as if it were a construction site with no inhabitants. It is a lack of respect the way employees communicate among them as if they were in the Vietnam War. Intercom should be heard ONLY by them, not by all the guests. I told them many times for many years but it seems nobody cares. Anyway I...

'Despite nice and helpful staff, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained in both rooms we stayed in. Key features were sticky floors, bathroom leaks, water damage. The room fob system malfunctioned and the poor staffer had to completely take apart the mechanism and override it. Oh and the bathroom door handle fell off in my hand and they never repaired it. Also, I made a rookie traveler mistake, but watch out for the ice in the restaurant and steer away from any water in the hotel since it...
