'This was the perfect homestay while visiting Phong Nha. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. You are still near all the reatiraunts but far enough to not have to hear cars and motorbikes all day and night. The staff was also 5 star. '

Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels).'
'Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay.
We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. '

The owner, Mr. Giang, is a very friendly and nice person, and he showed us great flexibility and helped us a lot during our stay there.
The rooms are spacious and light. The bathrooms are a bit worn down, but have the necessary facilities. Breakfast is simple but made fresh for you.

The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English). 'Just finished a nice stay at the Paradise Hotel. The hotel is well located in the area where all the action is. Huge choice of restaurants and shopping all around. Can easily walk to the riverfront or the Imperial Citadel. Bed was comfy. Has TV and AC. Bathroom small but decent. It was quiet. And all for an insanely low price by North American standards. Only wrinkle I had was that the Hotels.com says they have safe at the front desk for customers to use. The one desk girl doesn't speak good...
