The owner, Mr. Giang, is a very friendly and nice person, and he showed us great flexibility and helped us a lot during our stay there. The rooms are spacious and light. The bathrooms are a bit worn down, but have the necessary facilities. Breakfast is simple but made fresh for you. We had a nice stay here thanks to the incredible hospitality of Mr. Giang and his team. '

'Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.'

'The staff and owner we accommodating. I arrived very early and they were able to clean a room stat to accommodate me. I borrowed their bike and bike around town to see the rice paddies and the locals. Highly recommend to stay here.'

'Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. '
