'Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!'

'The only negative was we booked the room with a hot tub. Which was extra and it was not made available to us. There was 7” of snow on top of the cover and the tub itself was iced all around it, so would not be able to remove the cover. It should have been checked before our arrival to make sure it was able to be used. A disappointment for sure.'

'Beautiful facility, comfortable bed and well equipped unit with a kitchen and laundry. Good location right downtown. The only down side is the lack of on site parking. Nearest parking garage was only a block or so away, but leaving early in the morning during a snowstorm and having to drag a suitcase that distance was less than ideal. '

'Was surprised at check in that there was no staff. You enter the hotel elevator bay via passcode and then must type it again in the elevator to get up to your room. I find this inconvenient compared to a regular keycard. I booked a suite which was spacious, bright and clean. TV with included entertainment options lol Netflix was great. I don’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped (glassware, mugs, utensils, pans, dish soap, etc.) The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet...

'Super mooi groot appartement. Bij aankomst kregen wij een gratis upgrade. Dit appartement mag je zeker een modern lux aappartement noemen, echt helemaal te gek. De Wifi was ook een pluspunt lekker super ssnel.Personeel aardig en behulpzaam. Alles wat je wilt zien in de buurt van de watervallen is op loopafstand.'
