'This BnB was a rare find for us on our recent trip to Chicago. The location is perfect, on a quiet street, and within walking distance of great restaurants. We liked the music while we ate our tasty breakfast in the common area. Our room was very spacious and modern. A bonus was the Press Room wine bar downstairs! Would highly recommend.'

'Prachtig klassiek hotel, zowel van binnen als van buiten erg sfeervol. Ik werd super vriendelijk ontvangen en kreeg zelfs een korte rondleiding bij aankomst. De locatie is ideaal: op loopafstand van de Niagara Falls, maar net buiten de drukte en kermissfeer. Ook als solo-reiziger voelde ik me hier meteen welkom. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, vooral de eggs benedict zijn een aanrader. Aanrader!'

'There is so much to love about this place! We found ourselves saying when can we get back here and stay again and let’s put our friends in here when they want to come visit us in Detroit! The property and building are extremely well managed and taken care of. The location is so close to so many great places to eat and drink. 'Prachtig gelegen aan de rand van een camping. Mooi gebouw en ruime kamers. Gastvrij, in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes staat alkes om zelf koffie of thee te maken. Heerlijk ontbijt. Vriendelijke mensen. '

'Mooie kamer met gezellige inrichting in een charmant huis! Perfecte ligging in zijstraat van Main Street. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. Ontbijt vinden we iets minder, had best wel iets warm homemade mogen bevatten voor de prijs die je betaalt. Andere B&Bs in deze categorie gaven eitjes met spek, wafels of pancakes. Hier brood of bagel om zelf te toasten, cornflakes, fruitsla etc.'

'Hochalega Inn is a nostalgic yet comfortable place to stay. Owners have done their best to make a beautiful b&b out of an old mansion. Outside could do some renovation work, to show the old grandeur of the building again. Breakfast was good. When we arrived for breakfast there was not enough space. But that was more the fault of guest sitting far apart though they belonged to one group or sitting there a long time after finishing eating. Not the fault of the staff, which was overall friendly.'
