'Prachtig klassiek hotel, zowel van binnen als van buiten erg sfeervol. Ik werd super vriendelijk ontvangen en kreeg zelfs een korte rondleiding bij aankomst. De locatie is ideaal: op loopafstand van de Niagara Falls, maar net buiten de drukte en kermissfeer. Ook als solo-reiziger voelde ik me hier meteen welkom. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, vooral de eggs benedict zijn een aanrader. Aanrader!'

'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air.
