'I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

'I really liked the tiny condo. I got to park close to the door, and, I only had to walk through the sliding back door to reach the Crystal River and a few more steps to walk along Lake Michigan. '

'The condo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect - close to restaurants, shopping, beach, kayaking, bike trail. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings to relax and watch the boats. A stunning place with all the accommodations. Thank you!'

'The condo was great. I can tell the owner was thoughtful of her guests who stay there. The view of the lake was amazing. It was so relaxing with the windows open and hearing the waves. Having the pool and private beach was the best. The first two days we were there was super hot and the air conditioner struggled a bit. Thankfully the weather cooled a bit. I had reached out to the owner and she was very responsive. I think it was just hot and that beautiful evening sun shines in. Only negative...
