The trip was a lot of fun and we could not have asked for a better property than this one! Location was perfect and so close to the beach! 'We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street.'

'This was a great tiny house! This is the first spring break trip we have taken and the girls love the tiny house and she shed!! There was a washer/dryer. Hammock and swing in a fenced in yard! Very clean and quiet neighborhood!'

This helped make our decisions for dinner much easier, especially since this was our first time to SSI. We enjoyed this condo so much and plan on coming back next year.'

'We stayed a full week in this beautiful condo. Perfect view of the beach with beautiful sunrises and the moon shining over the ocean at night. The bacony was a perfect spot for reading and relaxing. The entire unit is tastefully decorated and all sorts of ambient lighting. Roku tv was a big bonus. Loved it here and can't wait to return!'

'We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place'

'Lovely view of the ocean. But the condo needs some updating. The floors in bathroom were cracked. Wi-Fi was very slow and tv was hard to work. Tv in second bedroom did not work. Balcony furniture falling apart. Coffee pot needed descaled. Could have used an extra set of towels. Starter supplies were bear minimum. Didn’t have any knives that were sharp. Garage had someone’s empty cans and paper towels which we cleaned up. Seal on bottom of front door needs replaced. Caught a couple bugs sneaking...

'Uitstekend gelegen hotel. Direct aan het strand, dat is top. Het hotel zelf kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Het is verouderd. Kamers zijn ruim, en hebben prima voorzieningen. Wel gehorig, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren. Handig dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Prima hotel als budgetvriendelijke optie. '

'Every ding of the elevator can be heard in the room as well as conversations from people in the hallway. Pullout couch bed is very uncomfortable. Needed to put mattress on the floor and buy a foam topper at Walmart so that our daughter could sleep on it. Great location and excellent breakfast buffet were appreciated. Staff is very helpful. '
