'The house is old and needs lots of up keep. Walls are cracked and flaking. No hot water to bathroom sinks and maintaining a constant water temperature in the shower is impossible. There is no hot tub, the reference is to a bathtub, a language problem. Also, lighting in the bathroom is very bad.
