'This hostel was incredible! VERY very social, easy to meet people and great kitchen. We had the hostel room with 2 bunk beds only - super clean. Washrooms were classic hostel washrooms, and the pool was super clean! The BEST location - 5 min walk from the beach and strip in Tamarindo. '

'Online photos need to be updated to represent the place. The dorm space could be a bit cleaner. The bed was fine and sheets/towel were clean. I had a good nights sleep! The host was a nice guy as was the guy who checked me in. An overall great place to stay if you like affordable, rustic, simple place to sleep while enjoying Playa Palada and Guiones! '

'Property is far away from anything. Wasn't able to leave early because the gate way locked. There was a dog that was biting my leg the whole time I was there until I went into my room. The place is basically a shack, and the floor in the room was pealing. This is the worst place I've ever stayed at.'

"Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door. W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard."
