Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou was absolutely superb, highlighted by their wonderful staff, top-notch facilities, and an incredibly caring management team. From the moment we checked in, the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine warmth made our experience truly special. The fitness center at the hotel is excellent. It's well-equipped with modern machines and maintained to the highest standards, offering everything needed for a comprehensive workout. The space is clean, spacious, and provides a great environment for both a quick exercise session or an extended workout. Additionally, the integrity and efficiency of the management were clearly demonstrated when we accidentally left behind a watch and headphones in our room. Not only did the hotel management promptly contact us about the forgotten items, but they also arranged a convenient way for us to retrieve them. This thoughtful action by the hotel staff was greatly appreciated and speaks volumes about their commitment to guest service. Overall, our experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou was exceptional. With its combination of professional service, excellent amenities, and attentive care, it stands out as a top choice for anyone visiting the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that prioritizes guest experience and satisfaction.

What an amazing hotel! The manager Rocky was fabulous . The food, the room, the spa and the whole stuff was amazing. It’s highly recommended. I love my stay in Ritz Carlton.

I told the hotel in advance that it was my wife's birthday. When we entered the suite, there were balloons, "happy birthday" banners, birthday cake, strawberries and cream, chocolates and a personal hand-written birthday note. in the living room. It was just wonderful. The staff were all absolutely wonderful for the entire one-night stay. And of course, the suite was just stunning. It reminded me of some of the top-end apartments in Manhatten. I could easily live there. Japanese toilet, huge tub, all the amenities. Brilliant.

Not bad but could improve
Our stay was good! The pool was overcrowded and we didn’t get to enjoy it which is a huge disappointment. I did enjoy staff’s service as they were courteous and polite. Please change the layout of the room so I don’t have to watch TV in a 90 degree angle.
