'A little run down. Quaint area, close to ferry. But needs a little upkeep. And a little help with house keeping. Loved seeing the deer on the property'

'It’s an aging facility, but it seemed clean and had all we needed. Coffee, shampoo, etc. At least one electrical outlet didn’t seem to work and there was a floor lamp that I couldn’t find a switch for so I couldn’t use it. It’s pretty close to an area with several restaurants which was handy and walkable.'

'The people were all great!! The only negative is the bathroom vanity is small but can be made to work. We stay in many hotels and this was a great find!!'

'The hosts gave us the room and code for a remote check in when our train kept getting later and later. The decor is simple and very cute. It was hard to get an Uber late at night from the train station in Mt Vernon. Best bet is to try both Uber and Lift but we did wish we’d just rented a car as we would have explored the area more.'

'Nantucket Inn has moved right to the top of our favorite bed and breakfast stays. Check-in was easy and cordial, and we received some excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room was one of the smaller (the smallest?) at the inn, but perfectly adequate for two, and perfectly clean. We had fresh cookies waiting for us on the nightstand. After a quiet, restful night, we enjoyed our best BnB breakfast ever, prepared by the owner/host Jessica, in a lovely communal setting. We wholeheartedly...
