'The location of the cottage is excellent, right next to the river Esk and on a very quiet holiday park (in April anyway). There is an amazing viaduct over the river where there is bungy jumping every couple of weeks during the summer and you can walk over it into Whitby which is only 30 mins away on foot. The pool is NOT 24 hrs as advertised and you have to pay. The property can be a bit difficult to find because the name plaque of the plot is covered by an overgrown hydrangea. If you use what 3...

'Property was clean and well equipped. Great to have more than one toilet in a 2-bedroom house and parking (the main reasons we chose this property). Seamless check in. The location was perfect for our walks along the river into Stockton centre. Would definitely stay again :)'

'A beautiful, spotless and charming cottage in an absolutely stunning location. Perfect for families, complete with books, games and deckchairs to enjoy the garden and streamside location. The house has everything you need and is well stocked. It was lovely to arrive and discover milk in the fridge and a tea and coffee tray awaiting us. We would stay here again.'
