'Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!'

'Arrived 9 pm but was nice someone still there at desk to greet me. Very friendly. Room large, very old motel. Needs bit of an upgrade, as old bare bones, looking its age. Bathroom could use shelves, as small sink area, and need a plug for bathtub!! None to be found. Loved large kitchen space. Clean and well maintained for its age.'

'The room and bathroom were clean but the bathroom fan was not working. I needed help with the coffee machine but a repair man came by right at the beginning of his shift to get the machine working. Magic fingers? All in all a very basic room but acceptable.'
