'The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very nice! There is a beautiful park next to the property where you can walk and enjoy the Florida sunshine and watch the ducks swimming in the pond! You can walk down Main Street to find great restaurants, fun bars, a great antique shop and just a couple blocks away and up a flight of stairs is the best boutique ever! We will definitely stay here again!'

'Pool area needed repairs. Door to filter basket was missing which allowed all the bugs to float right back into pool. Outside clock was broken. Paper debris in bottom of pool. Door from pool to inside would not open with key. Was told by staff that they were aware that it didn’t work. Debris (dried mud or food) on elevator floor, as well as hallway by elevator in lobby. That being said, Anthony at the front desk was very nice.'

'No one answers the calls to the front desk from your room. I called multiple times no answer. The floors were really dirty. We found ramen noodles and bacon on the floor. Juice spilled in the fridge. The floors were so dirty it turned a white towel brown when wiping up water. I talked to the front desk lady the next morning about everything and she just acted like I was waisting her time…….'

'The price was good. I have sensitive skin so I was itchy when resting. The mattresses are new so I think that maybe the sheets are washed with cheap laundry detergent. Our tv was out of order in room 113, so we were moved to room 109. The manager was nice when we got to the hotel at 3 am Sat. The pool and trees, shrubs are well maintained. The housekeepers and construction crew were working very hard on the property. I wish the bathtubs were refurbished/redone bec the stains scratch marks...
