'Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

'This hotel is located in a relatively green and spacious area. There are plenty of opportunities for quiet walks through the parks or along the waterways, which I found quite pleasant. That’s not to say there’s nothing else to do nearby: there are multiple event spaces and shopping malls in the area, and more than enough dining options too. If, however, you want your hotel to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, this one is not for you. Getting to the more central parts of Tokyo is easy...

'Zwaar verouderde hotel. Personeel spreekt nauwelijks engels, begrijp je niet, kan geen advies geven.'

'クラシックな雰囲気で、階数も多くないので、客層が少人数でおちついた雰囲気です。ここの朝食が美味しいので気に入っています。場所が駅から離れていることもあり、とても静かなのがお気に入りです。 今までは近くにコンビニや飲食店がなかったのですが、向かい側にTOKYO DREAM PARKができたのでファミマがあります。これからオープンする飲食店もあるようなので、ちょっとありがたいです。'

'Graag deel ik mijn positieve ervaringen met het hotel in Japan. De accommodatie bood een serene en comfortabele sfeer. Het personeel was uiterst behulpzaam en gastvrij. De faciliteiten waren van uitstekende kwaliteit en goed onderhouden. Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen aan toekomstige reizigers.'

'Dit hotel was een goede uitvalsbasis in alle richtingen van Tokyo. Het is rustig gelegen vlakbij een metrostation en een shopping mall. Er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt.'

'Goed hotel, met goed ontbijt. Locatie in business district en daardoor wat verder van traditionele plekken. Wel metro vlakbij, dus je bent alsnog snel op populaire locaties. Ontbijt is keurig.'

'Helpful staff and spoke some English so that we could get around . Breakfast was excellent although they seem to stop serving at 8:30. Room was very clean and functional but the size is very small.'

'Hotel is good. On the ground floor you can wash and dry your clothes very cheap. The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8'
