'Had an issue with the payment side. And the front staff were knowledgeable, helpful and listened to my concern and they put me and ease. Craig I believe it was last night, and sadly I cannot remember this mornings person. Amazing staff.'

'We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. '

'We were really impressed especially by the friendliness & attentiveness of the staff. Very welcoming. Room was spacious, well provisioned & comfortable. Glad there was a fan as it was a hot night. We pre-booked for an evening meal & it was excellent 10/10 for taste & cooked to perfection. Enjoyed our breakfast too & both meals were very generous portions. Would definitely recommend - only here for one night but would love to stay longer next time.'
