'Nice building, character. We had a huge room in the eves, great. However, there is a need for some maintenance, stair carpet a big hole, some woodwork could do with a lick of paint, silicone refreshing. The spa, mmmm, clean those shower walls and repair some taps and such. It really needs to be uplofted in places.'

'Tintern Abbey is an especially good recommendation for tourists. If possible, hiking spaces around the area would be nice.'
