'Very beautiful castle, friendly staff and great food'

'We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. '

'Rooms clean and tea/coffee facilities available. Food first class, 3 star hotel, i would give it 5. Been several times, never been disappointed. All the staff make you feel welcome. One of my favourite hotels. '

'A very nice place to relax and just be. Run by very nice people who were always helpful and friendly. Great pizzas on offer were a real bonus, as we're firepits and wood being available. Will most likely be back in future. '
