'A charming and authentic hanok in a perfect location, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Rent one of the small electric cars just down the street – it’s only 30,000 KRW for 3 hours and a fun way to explore Gyeongju, especially in the evening. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast. It’s very basic, just a slice of bread with jam, plus tea and coffee.'

'Voor alles moet nog apart betaald worden, die prijzen zijn extreem hoog'

'Modern hanok house, comfortable matress, clean. Nice complimentary breakfast. Easy check-in, quick response.'

'The perfect host'

'De sauna was heerlijk , het ontbijt goed, de bedden waren goed en de douche ook. Personeel vriendelijk en je kunt de auto goed kwijt '

'Hotel ziet er luxe uit. Kamer was vrij groot, ook allemaal schoon. De kamer was alleen erg gehorig, ik hoorde de buren constant praten. Het ligt op een prima accommodatie Ik wilde gebruik maken van het ontbijt maar het restaurant was die dag helaas gesloten.'

'The hotel is very easy to find and very near a bus and taxi station. The rooms are spacious and modern, offering ample storage for clothing. A notable highlight was the quiet environment, as there was no audible traffic noise, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.'

'The staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded for free, and waa able to check-in earlier too. I did my laundry and it was super easy. The breakfast is great too. I really recommend this hotel.'

'Very friendly staff who were very helpful in terms of dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free). Restaurants do serve a limited menu for vegetarians, but the staff is extremely helpful esp during breakfast. Location is so-so, ci. 15-20minutes from centre of Gyeongju and its parcs. Close for expo and such. Very clean rooms, good size (junior suite). '

'Convenient location'

'The Hanok is extremely well located in the centre of Gyeongju. The hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful with advice on where to go and what to do as well as restaurant recommendations. We had a lovely stay here in their historic home and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.'

'The property is beautiful both inside and outside - very esthetic. Everything worked, bed was comfortable, instructions sent prior to check-in were very helpful. All questions were answered (thank you, Sue!), and I was also allowed to store luggage on the property after check-out time, which was very convenient. Highly recommend this hanok.'

'Nieuw en stijlvol hotel, centraal maar rustig gelegen, met parking én bemande receptie. Vriendelijke staf. Mooie, verzorgde en ruime kamers. Ontbijt is wel zeer beperkt in westerse keuken : enkel toast met confituur en wat koffie. Ook het Koraans aanbod leek beperkt. Er zijn beter plekjes op wandelafstand.'

'Excellemt!'

'Vriendelijke eigenaresse en schone accommodatie. '

'This hotel is quite dated. The bathroom was clean but needed for a very thorough cleansing especially the ceiling. Water mark/mold was present. The room we had a fantastic view showing 2 temple like structures and mountains. Breath taking. The room size was quite large with 2 beds, a desk with a stool, TV, and a refrigerator. It only had electrical outlets almost hiding underneath the desk and next to the refrigerator not near the beds. You need to pay to use the gym or spa or swimming pool....
