'We visited over a holiday weekend. The house is clean and a good size for the 3 adults in our group and our dog. It is in walking distance to several stores and a park. We would stay again if we were in the area. '

'I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. '

' Beautiful home, safe and lovely walkable neighborhood in a lake community. The home was clean, spacious and well appointed. We used it as a home base for a family wedding at Salem Herb Garden which was 7 minutes away and so convenient. Highly recommend!'

'My family and I came for an 8 day event from a different state and wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay with our at the time 9 month old daughter. And this place did exactly that. Comfortable and CLEAN. The owner did a great job with details. Even when we had unexpected check out delays the owner showed human empathy. Great place!'

'We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again.'

'Our family traveled to CT with our dogs for a soccer event in Farmington. This was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs, and just the right amount of space inside for us and our two kids. Kitchen had most of the basics. Just missing (or we couldn’t locate) a cookie sheet and scissors but had all the other utensils we needed. House was nicely updated. 'This was just a quick one night, Stay. As we were at the casino for a concert. The house was a great location clean, access was easy. Everything was as was stated on the website. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Gilbert was an outstanding host! We loved the house- it was clean, cozy and everything was in excellent condition. Having all the drawers and lighting labeled was very helpful. We really appreciated all the drinks, snacks and extra items when we arrived. The backyard is huge and we loved sitting out on the deck at night. Our kids enjoyed the books and games in the basement. If we ever return to New England for another vacation, we will definitely stay here again! '

'The place could not have been more perfect for our family with 3 boys and other family members who love water activities! We actually ended up buying and leaving 2 fishing poles and 2 crab rings at the property, which I hope they will leave for others to use. We had a class reunion event at the USCG Academy & had a full schedule the whole weekend, but the place was so nice we missed a couple of events and delayed getting to events and left the events as soon as possible so that we can get back...
