Ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were of really good standard, very attentive staff
King size bed (superior room) was wide but not long enough, at 6ft my feet were hanging off the end! But a minor gripe for an overall relaxing stay'

'Great reception on arrival, large comfortable room. Dining options were excellent and the portions huge and well presented.
Breakfast the same and wonderfully cooked.

'good place, quite old and it looks it, but if you like being in a historic place it is great. It however has some rooms that are really uncomfortable. The place is a bit of a maze. We asked for another room and got a much better one overlooking the street.'

'The pub was very welcoming and staff friendly and helpful. The food was of a high standard and cooked well. The room was clean and bright and had a little fridge in the wardrode which held fresh milk and bottled water. Coffee and biscuits topped up daily.

Enige minpunt, aan de balie staat dat je £4 korting krijgt wanneer je in de bar/restaurant voor £20 spendeert. Wij hebben deze korting toch niet gekregen omdat we niet op voorhand aan de receptie hadden doorgegeven dat we van deze actie wilden gebruik maken. Jammer, waarom kan dit niet rechtstreeks verrekend worden in de factuur van het hotel,'

'The studio lodge was amazing. Hot tub was ready to go when we arrived and the lodge had everything we needed. Food in the Baiting House was superb, even though the a la carte menu wasn't available on Monday/Tuesday, and breakfast was delicious. '

'Great location for where i was spending my camp weekend, room was set up so cosy to walk into, lively view onto small garden. As i checked in late parking was limited as there was only a few disabled spaces so struggled to get out of car as had to park in normal space.'

"Het parkeren was lastig. We kregen geen goede instructie hoe we in de parkeergarage konden komen. De opening van de deur van de garage om bij het hotel te komen stond er ook niet duidelijk. (We stonden enige tijd opgesloten in de garage.)
Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamer lag op de 6e verdieping. Heel rustig!
Het ontbijt kost 10 pond. Het was erg uitgebreid. Bij het inchecken doorgeven dat je ontbijt wil. (Anders kost het 14 pond.)
De lift werkt met een pas.
Al met al een goede accomodatie dichtbij het centrum van Birmingham.
