'Ate in the bar area. Excellent food and knowledgeable about gluten free requirements. Room was well decorated and some nice finishing touches. My only criticism was that the shower should be updated'

'A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.'

'Hotel is vergane glorie en heeft een upgrade nodig. 15 jaar geleden was het een fatsoenlijk 3 sterren hotel. Nu niet meer....'

'We waren gestrand en hadden veel eten bij ons dat thuis in de koeling zou zijn gegaan. We konden het in het hotel in de koeling laten bewaren. En we kregen borden, bestek etc om aan tafel beneden te picknicken. Heel fijn!'

'het hotel is groot gebouw en ziet er goed onderhouden uit. het is wel typusch engels stene buitenkant hout van binnen dit houdt in houten vloeren als men op de gang staat te praten hoor je deze het lopen zelf heb ik niet goed gehoord onbijt engels gebakke ei roer ei champignons bacon wortsjes tomaat en bake beans en continental deze bestaat uit brood croisants chocobroodje en diverse jams en boter geen ham of kaas fruitsalade niet vers. zwembad en de fitnes sauna stoomruimte is ideal. la...

'It was nice time at the location. We self-checked in and out and were notified with detail information. Nice customer service also. '

'We really enjoyed our stay. I am a scrounge when paying for meals out But we thought the evening meal was good value. The waiters where very helpful and helped to make it a great success. ONE FAULT WAS I DIDN'T REALISE YOU HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING. BEFORE WARNED.! Thankfully a lovely member of staff (Marie) sorted it. '

'Gewoon een hotel. Niet meer niet minder. Niks gezellig. Ontbijt was buffet, was in orde. Kamer was proper. Badkamer ruim. Maar matras was verschrikkelijk. Ook het zetelbed voor de kids lag oncomfortabel. '
