'Matt is a wonderful host! I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the 1 bedroom cabin and how much thought went into providing guests with everything they need. I stayed for four nights and was very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I slept great. Kingston is a city so some noise is expected. 'Beautiful location and view, extremely quiet. Room enough for everyone (we had 9 adults and 3 kids). We hosted an Easter dinner for 15, the kitchen and dining room had room to spare. We had beautiful spring weather so most time was spent on the huge porch or around the fire pit.'

'I’ve read some other comments about this being an older property. Honestly, any motel is going to be older. I found this motel to be in very good condition overall. My room was very clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all of the typical hotel items. The kitchen was stocked with most anything you would need, though I only stayed one night and did not cook. The back yard was full of several small decks, grills, and other items that would allow you to enjoy a summer evening...
