'The property is spacious, easy to access, and has a great location, with easy walking to a convenience store, restaurants, and the harbor. It was not very well cleaned, and amenities were the bare minimum (one small rag in the kitchen, no paper towels, had to search for extra tp, no hand towels for bathrooms, carpets grubby). 'Beautiful views as advertised but not a 2 min walk to the beach as advertised which was the main reason we booked this stay. The trailer and site are lacking in the maintenance department, over grown weeds, ignitors do not work on the stove or pizza oven so bring a lighter (when I asked the host about fire wood he told me to bring my own lighter as he was not sure if there was one there) without a lighter I could not have cooked! No glasses, just coffee mugs so if you want to enjoy a nice glass...

'I saw some terrible reviews for this hotel and was very skeptical. It was great and well priced for the area. We would definitely stay here again. I think it was a little too “clean” for my tastes. It smelled like Pine-Sol everywhere. The free breakfast did the job. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk experience was a little strange. She did not speak English very well and whenever I interacted with her while checking in, if I had a question, she looked annoyed. Not sure...

'Beautiful view of the ocean and short walk. Very accommodating and we had 15 people, half kids. Very clean and had everything you need. Host got back to us quickly. Great place!!'

'Beautiful place but checking long line so took long time our room not ready after 16.00 it was ready . Because of a problem we did not had water from 8.00 untill 12.00 in the room the first morning. It was misty outside seems to be common this time of the year we should have checked that ourself. Our neighbor slammed the door so not super lucky with them. Ps the tips and idears from the congierge where super to watch the wales go to redwood and Half Moon little town to have lunch. Food was super...
