'Only 1 washcloth for 3 people for 6 days. I had to buy my own. No extra trashbags. No bathroom cleaning supplies. No tissues. Still happy with the place and Location. Can’t give it a 5 because of amenities I would expect to be there. '

'Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. We didn't get responses promptly. Make sure to bring ear plugs as it gets noisy at night with the aircrafts coming in and out of SFO.Suggestions:...

'I received this survey even though I had received a cancellation by the host of the VRBO. We did not stay at this location it was “cancelled” due to overbooking. This pit us in a very inconvenient position requiring us to spend an hour on the phone with VRBO trying to find a replacement for our family of 4 as we were traveling from out of state.'
