'Stunning views is the best part. If you are ok with staying at a place that is somewhat clean, than you will love this place. It really needs some all around TLC... We found dust, crumbs, dirty socks, spider webs, and more throughout the house. It also does not smell great. I left with a sinus infection. You are responsible for washing your dishes which explains why they were all dirty. I shared some other issues with the property manager who was responsive and nice. The house really does have...

'We stayed here for about three months in between house moves. Everything about it was excellent: the location is within walking distance of Grand Avenue, the house has so much room (including a downstairs bedroom), and Wai was a responsive host. I have no hesitation in recommending this space for your short-term or long-term stay.'

'Ok'

'Wing was a great host! Was very convenient for us to stay here as it was right off a public transport line that connected us to Pier 80 for a music festival. Clean and you get two private rooms. One bed is very squishy and the other is very firm.'

'Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. We didn't get responses promptly. Make sure to bring ear plugs as it gets noisy at night with the aircrafts coming in and out of SFO.Suggestions:...

'We had a wonderful stay in May!The location was perfect for our trip. We were in town for an event at Golden Gate Park and to visit friends who live nearby, so it was very convenient. The layout worked especially well for our family of six with four young children. Having the three bedrooms upstairs that opened to a loft made it easy for everyone to be together while still having plenty of space. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made traveling...

'parking problem'

'Modernized, great price, clean, great view of ocean. Expect noise from planes overhead as it is likely in flight pattern of SFO'

'We enjoyed our stay in this nice appartement… location is good to visit San Francisco. Jason did all that we are satisfied… thank you again !!! The kitchen equipment could be more…'

'We will definitely be back. Arlene is a great host, very attentive and welcoming. It was the perfect home base for us as we did the tourist stuff in San Francisco.'

'This house has some terrific features -- five spacious bedrooms and four baths. The house is well supplied with essentials like dental items, Q-tips, foil, and lotions, Every drawer and cabinet are labeled. There is a washer and drayer. The kitchen/dining area is cozy but it works well with a circular couch. There is no stove but there is a hotplate, coffee maker, water heater, microwave and toaser. Good additions would be a broom and some dish towels. However, there are over 40 steep steps down...

'Shower worked okay the first day. On the second day the water came out of the shower from under the glass wall and it puddled almost all the way under the bed, and under our luggage. We used all towers to wipe the floor and our belongings.Used the fans and open all windows to get everything as dry as possible before our departure. We turn off the fans and closed all windows per the check-out instructions.Place was okay, perfect location, but price is a bit too expensive for what you’re getting.'

'Nice house.'

'Desk space in room helped get some work done while waiting to meet friends nearby.'
